Our amazing Future Proof team assisted a disabled citizen who uses a mobility scooter. The citizen had been stuck in their house because the ramp in their front garden had collapsed. After 10 days, they were finally able to leave their house. Ralph, a member of the Future Proof team, measured the ramp width and ordered replacement ramps from Amazon.

Ralph decided to use concrete to create a more gradual slope. After two attempts, his efforts finally paid off. The new ramp worked perfectly, and the citizen was able to leave their home once again, thanks to Ralph's perseverance and ingenuity.
